My password is 32 chars like

This is sarcastic now but, do you really want me to use weak passwords or your idea is just to make me suffer?
Even the option view password is missing so happy typing for everyone.

Apple intentionally blocks pasting in certain security-critical password fields to prevent malicious processes from automatically inserting passwords in the background. While this measure has a technical reasoning behind it, it unfortunately comes at the cost of user-friendliness – especially when dealing with complex passwords.
Currently, the best way to make things easier is to use your iCloud Keychain or a password manager like 1Password. This allows you to automatically and securely insert your password – even in many system dialogs. If you have Touch ID enabled on your Mac, you can even bypass certain entries altogether. In some cases, signing in through the browser rather than directly in System Preferences is also easier, as pasting is usually allowed there.
I can really understand your frustration, and maybe you'd want to share this limitation with Apple through their feedback form. Every bit of feedback helps improve the user experience in future updates.

wusstest Du, dass 1Password auch dann eine sichere Eingabe ermöglichen kann, wenn unter macOS kein klassisches Copy & Paste im GUI (Graphical User Interface) erlaubt ist? Eine kleine, aber feine Hilfe, wenn man an solchen Hürden scheitert.
Did you know that 1Password can still offer secure input even when classic copy & paste isn't allowed in the macOS GUI? A small but handy workaround when you run into those kinds of limitations.

wenn Du magst kannst Du bei Apple ein Feature-Request einreichen? Auch wenn diese Seite auf Englisch ist, werden Feedbacks in deutscher Sprache ebenfalls berücksichtigt. Apple nimmt Feedback ernst, und wenn genügend Benutzer ähnliche Anliegen haben, könnten sie in Betracht ziehen, dies in zukünftigen Updates zu implementieren.

Hello thank you for getting back to me and clarifying the specifics.
I actually do not use iCloud Keychain but I do use password manager called Enpass. This password manager might not be as tightly integrated with the macOS. Also I actually do have Touch ID enabled and it works perfectly fine but for this popup there is no option to use the Touch ID.
I don't want to complain anymore but I would like to send a request that this is revisited and improved. Currently its very hard to sign in especially since I can not even see the typed characters. And with special chars its so easy to make a mistake when you are typing them one by one.

Ich verwende tatsächlich nicht iCloud Keychain, aber ich verwende Passwort-Manager namens Enpass. Dieser Passwort-Manager ist möglicherweise nicht so eng mit dem macOS integriert. Außerdem habe ich Touch ID aktiviert und es funktioniert einwandfrei, aber für dieses Popup gibt es keine Option zur Verwendung von Touch ID.
Ich möchte mich nicht weiter beschweren, aber ich möchte eine Anfrage senden, dass dies überarbeitet und verbessert wird. Momentan ist es sehr schwer, sich anzumelden, zumal ich die eingegebenen Zeichen nicht einmal sehen kann. Und bei Sonderzeichen ist es so einfach, einen Fehler zu machen, wenn man sie einzeln eintippt.
