Disappointed!
Dear Apple Support,
I have been a loyal Apple customer for many years, starting with my first iPhone and continuing until today. My entire family are Apple users — from iPhones and iPads to MacBooks and Apple Watches. I have always supported Apple and trusted the brand, even encouraging many of my friends to switch from Android to iOS, almost as if I were part of your team.
That is why I feel truly disappointed with the latest iOS update. While the new design looks nice, the battery performance has been very frustrating. My iPhone 14 Pro Max, which has always lasted me through the day without issue, now drains much faster and often doesn’t make it until the evening.
This has left me feeling both discouraged and concerned, as battery life has always been one of the strongest points of the iPhone experience.
I kindly ask Apple to address this issue as soon as possible. I believe many other loyal customers are experiencing the same, and I trust that Apple will provide a solution quickly.
