Dear Sir,
My previous upgrade was of 50 GB & so upgraded to 200GB but still the photo's & videos are not getting uploaded on my iCloud account. The photo's & video's were taken when the storage was insufficient but now since I upgraded to higher storage than why still all the data is not uploaded on my iCloud account?
iPhone X, iOS 12
Settings > [Tap on your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Photos [Enable]
It will sync all photos and videos automatically to iCloud if you have internet connection.
