Screen Time Passcode

Need help!

Can’t reset the screen time/restrictions passcode on my son’s phone. Can’t even erase and reset phone as Apple suggests as a last resort solution because it asks for the restrictions passcode.

How can I get back into the restrictions area to update the settings without a passcode?

Thanks!

Yes.

  1. Head to Settings > Your Name at the top of the list > Family Sharing > Screen Time.
  2. Tap Add Family Member > Create a Child Account, tap Next. Enter the child's birthday, tap Next, tap Agree. Enter all the data they require like name and credit card details, agree to terms.

And you are good to go :)
