Keeping music on new phone

Hi,

i had a phone with EE and just got a new one with O2. I’ve signed into Apple and everything but my Apple Music hasn’t come over. Why is this ?

  • If you had the Apple Music subscription through EE, then you will need to re-subscribe with Apple when using a different provider.
  • If you downloaded tracks as part of the Apple Music subscription, then those are not directly transferable. You may need to re-download the tracks on the other device that you wish to have available offline.
