Hello, please help me with iCloud settings.
I have 50 GB plan, iPhone and MacBook at same iCloud.
I delete some files from MacBook and now have error.
My iCloud is empty, but have information what is still full.
I try delete it again, but not successful.
MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14
Did you empty the Trash? Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then back in?
Other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.
