I can’t find where to cancel my apps. I have looked where I have been told but I have nothing under my subscriptions. I need help please.

If you are not paying regularly to use the apps just delete them from your phone. Hold any app lightly until an "x" appears on the apps, and tap it.
If you are paying a regular subscription fee it is either directly to the app provider or to Apple. Here are the instructions for both situations:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If you subscribed directly with the developer you will have to contact them to determine how to cancel it.
