I have 2 itunes accounts. How do I transfer music from one to the other?

You can’t. Merging iTunes purchases from two distinct Apple IDs isn't possible. You may be able to arrange to access content from one ID with a different one if you are able to set up Family Sharing - Apple Support. See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for complications that can arise when you use one computer to access past purchases from more than one Apple ID.
