Voicemail set up

I haven't set up my voicemail since i got my new iphone, I tried to set up my voicemail but when i open my voicemail it gives me no option. I tried to change my password on setting but I can't change password also. What should I do?

Voicemail is a function of your cellular provider. Please contact them directly to set it up.
