I question I can lose my playlists in my Apple music if I change my region

Yes.

To change regions you must cancel Apple music first. Cancelling will delete all music and playlists downloaded from it after an unknown period of time.


Also, music availability may vary by country, and as such, even if the songs and playlists survives the region change, some tracks may simply not be available in the new region.
