Charged differently then what my plans says

On my Apple Music is says I am on a individual (1 month) $9.99 plan but for some reason when my bill is due for it I’m being charged $17.99 and I have no clue why.

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. All items billed to your Apple ID account will be specified in the purchase history.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. Any subscription on your Apple ID account will be listed on the subscriptions overview.
