Photo ls recovery without backup.

I lost my iphone and is not backedup.. how do I get my photos from my lost device.... i havenot backedup any pic. HELP!

If you haven't been backing up (not to iTunes nor to the cloud ?), had you been using iCloud Photos : Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support ? If not, you've lost them
