Calendar software

I have the Calendar on my MAC, iPad and iPhone. It has been working fine but about 5 days ago every time I try to open it on the App it opens for a second and then crashes - followed by a "Calendar Quit Unexpectedly message". If I try to reopen it does the same thing How do I fix this?
