I don't see option for adding / applying for apple card in my wallet. I have iphone xs running ios 12.4.

Is your iPhone region set to the U.S, in Settings->General->Language & Region->Region?

Do you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled on your Apple ID?

Is your Apple ID set to 18 years old or older?
