Apple ID email change
I deleted an old Apple account, I ended up not using it. I was hoping after I deleted that account I could use the email that was used with my old account for my current Apple ID instead. Is that possible?

No, you will not be able to use the same email address. Once an Apple ID is deleted, it will not be able to be used again.
