You don't there is no need for one, as there are no known virus/malware/hack for a non jailbroken iphone/ipad.
What makes you think you have malware?

What makes you think you have malware?
Starting About a month ago I was unable to use Apple Mail for all my email accounts except a Microsoft Outlook account with my job. It would say unable to reach server or SSL error. This was across all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook). I was able to login to all accounts via web browser and found unauthorized access to my AOL account. Deleted this, changed password and deleted AOL from all my Apple Mail apps but the problem persisted until 2 days ago when Apple Mail started working again. Have NOT added AOL back to Apple Mail.
2 Factor. And going with what William suggested does this failure happen on all WiFi hotspots or cell data?
That is not malware.
The issue is with your mail provider, so contact them.
Except it was ALL email accounts. Apple, AOL, Gmail, GoDaddy!?!
Did you set up 2FA passwords for all of them?
2FA? or do you mean 2 step authorization?
That sounds more like a DNS or ISP issue.
Across multiple accounts and devices?
It was but 2 days ago everything started working again. I hadn’t had time to spend on it and all my financial and other accounts were unaffected (as far as I can tell) just email.
