Will AppleCare automatically transfer over to my new iPhone once I but it?

I’m getting a new phone within the next couple of days. And I wanted to know if my Apple care automatically transferred over.

No. You would need to get a new plan.

You can transfer your old plan to a new owner or you can cancel (and get a refund if it isn't a monthly plan). See:
