How to add Dictation Languages

In my iPhone X, There are two dictation language English and Hindi but I want to add Gujarati. How can I do this?

No you cannot add a dictation language beyond those provided by Apple. To ask Apple to provide the feature you want, go to

You can add a Keyboard but not Dictionary
