After recent upgrade to my iPad Air 2 the delete all button on my trash email folder is no longer available. I am having to delete each individual email. This is very time consuming. What happened?

You should be able to tap Select > Select All > Delete.
Delete All is gone. After you Select All the only options are to Mark, Move, or Archive. Delete is only an option when you swipe each individual email - very annoying and tedious.

Thank you for those instructions for which I was already aware of since I have always been able to delete all until now. The issue is the DELETE ALL no longer displays as an option! I see where others have had this same issue. Do you have any other suggestions as to what the issue may be?
