Since i upadated my IPHONE 7 to iOS 13.2 i didn’t receive WHATSAPP push notifications. My device receives WHATSAPP message only when i open the app, if i don’t enter into WHATSAPP i don’t receive new messages. I checked all settings and everything is ok. Someone has this problem? How can i solve it?

You are wrong. WhatsApp works with Apple-made PUSH API and something gone wrong with this API at iOS 13.2...
I'm not experiencing any issues with Push in any of my other applications. However, I do not use WhatsApp. So WhatsApp has informed you this is the cause, or have you not asked them?
This too happens to iphone 7 13.2. What to do???
Same happens to me, not sure why. Issue is not the notification, but that WA is not receiving while in background.
