I have a dispute about the interest charged on my Apple Card but every time I get "Message not delivered." What good is 24/7 support if you can't communicate?
I have a dispute about the interest charge on my Apple Card.
When I use the Wallet app to send a message I keep getting "Message not delivered."
I assume the tech support must be overwhelmed, but this is not what I call Service.
If Apple is going to become a service company they have some work to do.
