With the IOS 13.2 upgrade, scrolling through songs on iTunes on my phone is ridiculously fast. Too often when trying to move a track around in a playlist, it’s uncontrollably fast. I can never control the speed. Anybody know of a work around? And didn’t anyone at Apple catch this? This so obviously bad.

I spoke too soon. I tried it but it only worked once. I made touch duration slow but now it's gone back to doing the same thing even though the setting is on slow.
