Do I have to pay for every movie even if I have a subscription for Apple TV + ?

The Apple TV+ channel service has its own content. Other content through the Apple TV app is not included in the Apple TV+ channel service.
If you see Buy or Rent for a certain title, then you are not looking at Apple TV+ content.
