Hi,
I am getting quite annoyed with the constant refresh of certain apps.
My Amazon app especially, every time I find an item, leave the app (maybe to do some research on the item) and then return to the app it refreshes so I have to start all over.
cant remember it has always been like this so not sure why it’s happening.
I have turned OFF background refresh, so it can’t be that ...
Any idea on how to stop it?

It should be fixed with iOS 13.2.2.

App refreshes every time I swap back
