Refund for subscription

When i tried to get a refund for an in app subscription, I went to apple's support and reported the problem. However, when I described my problem, they said that my purchase did not meet the refund requirement. Why does this happen and how can I really get a refund?

Purchases are considered final as you know, any refunds are at iTunes Support's discretion. You could try contacting Support again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
