I tried to download an app and it says I’m disabled in App Store and iTunes. Why is that?

I tried to download an app and it says I’m disabled in App Store and iTunes. Why is that?

It will be because the account is disabled. Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
