Shipping Wars is not included in Apple TV+.
Shipping Wars is in the iTunes Store catalog, which is also available through the Apple TV app.
The Apple TV+ service has original content (‘Apple Originals’), produced specifically for this service. Other content accessible through the Apple TV app is not included with this service.

The free 1 year of Apple TV+ includes all Apple TV+ content.
Hello, thanks for your response and yeah that's what I thought but I'm logged in on the app and I'm trying to watch Shipping Wars and its asking me to buy it and I thought it was supposed to be free.
As previously stated, Apple TV+ only includes Apple's original TV shows and movies. Apple TV+ does not give you access to the entire iTunes TV Shows and Movies catalog.
