Touch ID in IOS and passcode question

Is there a way to access the stored passwords for web sites and apps in IOS without using touchid? I have an otterbox defender case I used for my 5 that I want to use with my SE but the case doesn't support touch id.

Press the Home button a few times and it should ask for your passcode.
