I purchased my AirPods directly from Apple and now need warranty service for my left pod. Is it possible to get a duplicate invoice from Apple in order to take my device to an Apple store?

I’ve noticed that the left AirPod in particular has been noticeably quieter than the right one which ruins my experience whenever i’m in the gym. You shouldn't need the invoice when you take it to an Apple Store.
