Download iOS 13.1.3

13.1.3 can't be downloaded at all any more.

For the iPhone 6s and later, 13.3 is the current version.

For the iPhone 6, 12.4.4 is the current version.

You can not download 13.1.3 at all. It doesn't matter who's phone it is or why you don't want 13.3. You can not download and install 13.1.3.

For an iPhone you can’t, as it can not be upgraded beyond iOS 12.4.4.

Nope. No workaround with an MDM. Unsigned is unsigned.

I've got several hundred iOS devices, iPhones and iPads, managed by an MDM and speak from experience.

You cannot install 13.1.3 because there is a later version. There may be a workaround if the phone is under MDM Device Enrollment. That’s a guess, however, as I’ve never tried to install an out of date no-longer-signed version.

You can download ti on Settings:

1.Open Settings

2.Open General

3.Click on Software Update

4.Check for new updates

Actually 12.4.3 for an iPhone 6. 12.4.4 is only for the iPhone 5.
