Not Using Cellular Function of Apple Watch
If a buy a GPS Cellular Apple Series 4 watch, can i use the watch for its GPS function only (Without ever turning on cellular) or must i link it to my cellular network to use it at all? Thanks!

No you can use it without cellular it will operate as if it was a GPS only watch.
