I have forgotten my passcode and it won't use my thumb print. How can I get in my phone?

You will need to erase your phone using your home computer with iTunes by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If you have been backing up your phone, you can restore from backup after you get back in. If you have not backed up your phone, your data will be gone.
