New iPhone 11 How to reload apps it you set the phone up already

If you didn’t move your apps over from one phone to the other when setting up new iPhone can you go back and do it a few days later?

You need to redownload the content if you had used quick transfer.

Restoring from iTunes or iClouds would have brought the apps along.
