how can i fix a old iphone that im signed into but forgot the password to open the phone it say iphone is disabled connect to itunes but when i try to look at my old phone it only gives me the description of it

how can i log into a old iphone that is disabled and i dont know the password to open it?

You have to use iTunes on your home computer. This link explains the process --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
