Files playing from cloud instead of harddrive

I have a lot of music from imported CD's. The files are located in \music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music. Recently bought new mac and moved the library. Now iTunes plays all music from the cloud through Apple Music instead of using the files on my computer. How do I make iTunes use the files on harddrive again? I still have all files, but I would like iTunes to know their location. This worked fine on my old mac. And no, I don't want to import everything again, since that creates double entries in my library.
