I have forgotten the password used to encrypt my iPhone backup on my computer. Now, I have changed phone and wants to restore from old backup. How to do this?

You would need to remember the encrypted password, or look where you wrote down that password.

As stated, you can't use that backup, but if you want to make a new encrypted backup, you can.
