Apple Automator app - is it legitimate

The icon automator recently showed up on my mac. how can i tell if it's legitimately the app from Apple or if my computer has been hijacked?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Automator is in the Applications folder of every Mac for at least the last 6 releases of the Mac OS.
