Restoring Deleted "Reminders"

I accidentally deleted the Reminders on my iPhone XR. following directions to go to iCloud .com advanced settings and click on restore calendars and reminders does not list reminders. Is there any way to restore my list of reminders?

I was talking about deleting the app. I don’t know how you managed to do what you did, and I don’t think they are recoverable. You could have accidentally hid them. Tap on ... to see if there are any hidden Reminders. Deletions can be restored by swiping left with three fingers, or shaking the device (and it can take quite a few swipes to get this to work). It is still possible to try this, but if you have made changes since deleting it, it’s probably too late.

When trying to delete a single Reminder from the full list, I thought I had selected just the single Reminder because only the bullet point/circle against that Reminder was highlighted. Hence, I assumed that only that Reminder would be deleted. Instead, all the reminders were deleted, and I do not recall an initial warning that this would be the case or indeed an ‘Are you sure’ second warning that this would be the case. Given the difficulty I have had in trying to retrieve Reminders that have been present for a long time, this is a serious flaw/omission in the process that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. As in our case, users will have built up this list of Reminders over a long period of time and have no other means of recalling them.
