Hey my AirPods arent working, could I get help with that?

Put both AirPods in the charging case. Plug it in for an hour. Then open the case while it is next to your phone. After a few seconds you will see the charge status of the case and each AirPod. If they aren’t both charged you may need to visit an Apple store to get it replaced.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone and forget them (tap the circled i next to their name.

Put both AirPods in the case, leave the lid open, hold in the button in the back until the light turns white.

Connect them again.
