I was scammed to sell my iPhone but didn't get the money in the end. I want to know how I can block it using the IMEI number so the thief can't use it.
Is there a I can do that remotely or through Apple support? My phone had Find My Phone turned off.

Report it to your cellular carrier as stolen. They may be able to blacklist it.
Assuming you properly prepared it for sale and removed your iCloud account from it, there is nothing else you can do.

I wanted to know if there was another way to block so they can't use it. So basically so it becomes useless to them. I did prepare it for sale by returning it to factory settings.
