Automatically download (and sync) all files from iCloud drive into iPad Pro

I need to have in sync some folder in the iCloud Drive between my MacBook Pro and my iPad pro. Right now I can access the files using files app.. but I have to manually download every single file... or I have to get into a folder to sync it... What I do want to do is the folder automatically updates and sync downloading 100% of the content.

I do have those folders as favorites in iPad... but it doesn't work.

Is there a way? Or any other suggested app to make that possible?
