Deleted messages

I have lost all my messages from one person. They are all deleted. What can I do to restore my messages with him?

Settings > TAP YOUR NAME > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups

If that date was backed up with the message you need you can restore.

Settings > General > Reset > erase all content and settings

You could also do it from iTunes if you have a hard copy backup and restore from backup; go to Phone, summary > restore from backup
