I upgraded to new version of itunes and now I do not see the option to delete a playlist without "Remove Downloads" or "Delete from Library" as options on iphone(IOS 13.4.4Beta), and don't see either of those options on my pc.
Help will be appreciated.
I'm not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do, but in iTunes either right-click the Playlist and choose Delete from Library on the pop-up menu, or select the Playlist and tap on the three dot icon on the right-hand side and choose Delete from Library.
That deletes the Playlist, not the songs.
