I am getting charged for things I do not know what is for and cannot get in touch with anyone to explain them?

How do I talk to anyone with Apple and get an explanation for charges on my account?

The purchase history lists everything you are being charged for. How can that not help? If something isn’t on that list then it wasn’t Apple who charged you for it.
