Incorrectly debiting if my account

So my account is being debited for 8.50 every month , now that there are no funds they debut every second day. I have tried to remove me card details it won’t let me. I tried the free trail and ever since then it’s been debiting my account. I contact support I must call a 0860 number which is going to bill me cos I don’t have a land line , how else do I get this sorted ???
