I have a question and a case number for Apple Support who says they will call me back in two minutes. Then I get an email telling me they can't reach me; they called and got my voicemail. My iPhone has not been in use, and I called it from another number and it rang just fine to make sure. What do I do?
I tried again 15 minutes later with the same result.....

Sometimes getting callbacks on a weekend can be challenging, but they should still call you back. You can try using their chat service if you wish. The same thing is happening to me currently . I have tried at least three or four times and I keep receiving emails saying that they cannot reach me but there’s nothing wrong with my phone it’s turned on it works just fine I’m just having other issues .
Oh, if I try to engage the case again to generate another, i get an error messsage, "We're unable to schedule your call. Please try again or choose a different solution."

This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. No one here can assist you in contacting Apple. You will just have to keep trying.
Yeah, I knew it was a user forum. I was wondering if this was a symptom of a common Apple issue, if i try different phones, or if I could call them directly.
