i don’t have the previous owners # form who I purchased of this device from but
can you help me open my new I phone

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
If you can't contact the owner of the account used to lock it, it's a brick.
If you can't contact him, either turn it over to the police or recycle it.
It's completely useless.
So what should I do then cause he just sold it to me
