Pop up message

I keep getting a pop up message on FB & maybe other programs saying The accessory may not be supported. Including twice as I was typing this. & several more times also.


& it has a button saying dismiss. Which I have clicked on to get rid off.


Suggestions? iOS 13.3 iPhone 7 Plus. 128 GB.

Thank you. I had no idea it would be that. I was afraid maybe some kind of malware or something.


It seems to be a bad charge cord that got the insulation damaged.


I had noticed that it kept acting like charging was going in & out.


I taped it w electrical tape & it seems better.


also I hadn’t noticed that it only seemed to do it when charging w that cord.
