Mojave download available still - 3 April 2020

Is the Mojave download available still as of 3 April 2020.

does not work for me (I am in Australia)

If this link is opened in itunes or App store mojave download link is displayed.

Has the file been removed?

I have applications that are not compatible with Catalina so this is not an option.
