First off all make sure the mac is complete dry before attempting to turn it on again.

Then follow:

If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support

If you still cant get it to start, it will need service.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

It will most likely be a payed service due to the liquid damage.

Good luck!
